Led brand identity, guest experience design, and digital storytelling for a boutique jungle B&B, creating an immersive, elevated hospitality brand from the ground up.

La Selva is a hidden gem: a lush B&B rooted in community, nature, and thoughtful hosting. The challenge was to create a brand and guest experience that matched the magic of the space: warm but elevated, rustic but refined. The brand needed to connect with wellness-minded travelers, digital nomads, and couples seeking a quiet place to recharge.

The brand needed to connect with wellness-minded travelers, digital nomads, and couples seeking a quiet place to recharge.

02. My Role

I was brought in to create the full brand experience, from visual identity to in-room materials and guest experience strategy.

  • Designed the visual identity, color palette, and tone of voice

  • Created a digital guest guidebook, menus, maps, and booking collateral

  • Styled photography and brand visuals for social and digital presence

  • Curated small touchpoints including key tags, room signage, and welcome kits

  • Consulted on space design elements including scent, linens, and music

04. Approach / Solution

My approach blended branding with sensory design. I created a soft, nature-inspired identity system that pulled from the surrounding environment: earth tones, hand-drawn elements, and organic textures. Every guest touchpoint, from the digital guidebook to the breakfast tray, was designed with care. The brand voice remained warm and simple, reflecting the grounded energy of the space while still feeling elevated.

05. Results / Impact

  • La Selva quickly became one of the most recommended boutique stays in the area

  • The brand helped position the B&B as a high-value destination without relying on trends

  • Guests consistently praised the details, from the welcome experience to the visual identity

  • The owner was able to create additional offerings like yoga classes and private chef dinners, supported by the flexible brand system
